Welcome to the Teachers' section of Tales from the Glovebox.

This site is brought to you by Renault Grand Scénic, National Schools Partnership and Puffin Books.

Tales from the Glovebox was created to foster a love of reading and an appreciation for stories and books in the nations' children.

This initiative is aimed at pupils aged 7-11 and supports Art, Music, Literacy, and ICT.

You can:

• Download lesson plans, activity sheets, complete with supporting teacher notes
• Listen to the first chapter of our six classic books
• Use free whiteboard activities
• Watch video of children’s author and illustrator sharing tips on enthusing your class
• Find resources to support road safety

Your pupils can also use our immersive and interactive children's section, where they undertake a quizzical quest to defeat our mysterious Jumbler (and win prizes for them and their family).
